The CPS-type pumps (centrifugal stage chamber pump) with section number from 2 to 10 are produced with pump output flow range from 13 to 850 m3/h (the first figure of pump's name) and pump thrust from 44 to 1300 meters of water column (the second figure of pump's name).
Acoording to the GOST 10307-70 standards the table of symbols should consist of: the first letters - name of pump - CPS (centrifugal stage chamber pump), the figures after letters - rated pumping capacity (m3/h), figures after hyphen - pump trust in rating conditions in meters (in minimum and maximum number of stages). The letters after CPS are signify that a pump is designed for transmission of corrosive mediums (A - acid-resisting, H - hot water pumping, P- petroleum transfer, O- oil transfer, M - electric motor ).
CPS-type pumps are designed to solve the following tasks:
- transmission of neutral water (CPS);
- transmission of neutral water with temperature up to +1050 C (CPSH);
- oil transfer which is used in turbogenerator systems; oil supply into controlling systems during the turbine startup and stop (CPSO);
- transmission of acid water with hydrogen ion exponent equal pH<6,5 (CPSA 60-66…330), pH 3,5-8,5 CPSA 300-120…600;
- transmission of watery gas-saturated and stock-tank petroleum in the intrafield gathering, oil treating and transportation (CPSP);
- transmission of circulating industrial water with temperature up to 400C on hydromines (CPSH 850-240…960).
By the customer's request we can supply the face seal and modular face seal instead of stuffing-box in CPS, O, H, P 13-17…350; CPS, O, H, P 38-44…220; CPS, O, H, P 60-66…350; CPS, P 60-50…250; CPS, O, H, P 105-98…490; CPS, O, H, P 180-85…425; CPS, O, H, P 300-120…600; CPS, H 180-500…900.
Centrifugal multi-step CPS and CPC -type pumps and electric motor hydraulic pump packages on their basis according to enclosures of the current licence.
