Company has carried out installation of the new air-screw compressor in press-forging workshop within the limits of continuation of the investment program on existing park of the equipment modernization.
The company "DALGAKIRAN", an international machine-building holding company, was the supplier of the equipment.

The unsymmetrical rotating screw blocks were set on the equipment by the Finnish manufacturer «Tamrotor» and the German manufacturer «Rotorcomp Verdichter Gmb». It provides high level of reliability whereas the operational expenses are low.

The equipment is involved in a technological line of forging manufacture which can on 80 % provide shop mining equipment and on 20 % provide necessary details for pump shop. Installation of the given equipment has allowed to increase press-forging workshop`s productivity in 2 times. Besides clear advantages - increases of workshop productivity, introduction of the given compressor equipment will allow the company:
