Russian Mining-Pumping Company has brought into an operation a shop of nonferrous castings.
Nonferrous castings shop capacity is 4,5 tons per month, a basic purpose of the shop is manufacture of turbopumps assembly units and spare parts to them and placing of orders of foreign companies on the terms of outsourcing.
Start of additional capacities on casting manufacture is caused by high demand for Н2 turbopumps. Taking into account new capacities the production program on release only turbopumps will make 150 pump units and 150 spare parts sets of to the turbopumps mentioned above. Except maintenance of current orders this producing unit will allow the company to reduce considerably terms of production manufacture under the future contracts, as a part of turbopumps manufacture volume will be directed on the formation of a warehouse stock, thus both registration of the contract and production shipment will be carried out during one day.
Since October, 1st, 2010 Russian Mining-Pumping Company besides maintenance of own manufacture begins booking and placing orders for castings manufacture from aluminum of АК7ч mark under customers specifications. At the present moment contracts with four companies have been already concluded, contracts period of validity is not less than half a year.
