The loading mine machines are designed for lading mechanization of separated from mountain range mass into the vehicle while implementation of the underground development drifts, as well as for minerals stoped excavation in chambers.

One of the main development drifts implementation mechanization’ aim is creation of highly productive, reliable in service, durable loading machines for different mining conditions.

Loading machines can be a basis for equipment system assembling which mechanizing the main processing steps while drifts and vertical opening execution.

Loading machines with attached drilling implements allow mechanizing of the following processing steps: blasthole drilling, lading of mountain mass, lining partial erection. Loading machines can be used both in coal-mining industry and metal mining, chemical mining industry. Mining conditions exert influence over main factors selection and dimensions of loading machines and, above all due to the mining conditions there is limitation on Loading machines sizes width and height.

Loading mine machines can implement three main functions: mountain mass pickup separated from mountain range by blasting operations, transportation of mountain mass on the next vehicles with lifting to the required height and transportation of bulk-load over a distance.

Loading mine machines are subdivided into the following characteristics:

  • Ÿprinciples of movable operating element – periodic or continuous; determine operation of grab mechanism of that or those machine in the course of time.
  • Ÿgrabbing method which determines the way of mountain mass pickup separated from mountain range by blasting operations – lowermost, side, upper;
  • Ÿexecutive element type – bucket, hoe-type, drum- paddle, scrape lugs;
  • Ÿfreight-distribution method on the next vehicles – forward lading, stage lading, side lading;
  • Ÿcapability of freight hauling for a distance in the bucket or bunker;
  • Ÿmachines movement method: rail-tracked, caterpillar, rubber-tyred undercarriage;type of energy – electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, with internal-combustion engine.
